Mother's Day Contest
No purchase necessary option: Submit a 500-word essay about what makes your Mom special. Submissions can be made in person to Guest Services (1320 Trans-Canada Highway West, Kamloops, BC, V1S 1J2), April 19 – May 9, 2021, during mall operating hours (Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 6:00pm PST, Fridays 10:00am – 7:00pm PST, Saturdays 10:00am – 6:00pm PST & Sundays 11:00am – 5:00pm) or emailed to abmguestservice@cushwake.com. No cash value. One entry per person. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. To enter, visit Guest Services (located at 1320 Trans-Canada Highway West, Kamloops, BC, V1S 1J2) or complete the entry form on aberdeenmall.ca. The contest runs from April 19, 2021 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) and closes May 9, 2021 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). All entries must be received by contest closing date and time. From the entries collected one (1) $500 Aberdeen Mall Gift Card will be awarded. Prize cannot be refunded and is/are not transferable or convertible to cash – no exceptions. Winner must be able to obtain gift card in person at Aberdeen Mall (1320 Trans-Canada Highway West, Kamloops, BC, V1S 1J2). We are not responsible for unclaimed prizing after the pick-up deadline has passed (30 DAYS). The winner must also present valid photo identification and the information they provide must match that provided by us on the entry form. Before being declared a winner, the prize winner will also be required to sign a declaration form confirming acceptance of the prize offered, a waiver of liability acknowledging the non-responsibility of Aberdeen Kamloops Mall Limited and its agents in respect to injuries, accidents or loss relating to the prize and a publicity release acknowledging the right of Aberdeen Kamloops Mall Limited and its agents to publish and/or broadcast the winner’s picture, name, voice and statements without further compensation. Submission of entry provides Aberdeen Kamloops Mall Limited rights to announce winners publically. If the winner is under the age of majority in BC at the time of prize redemption a parent or guardian must sign the aforementioned. A random selection of one winning ballot will be drawn on May 10, 2021 from all eligible entries received. If further draws are necessary, another random selection from the remaining qualifying entries will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
